Riegel Property Management

Riegel Property Management is a small family run and operated business that was started in 1988.  Richard and Cyndie founded the company after being approached about managing their first property by one owner followed quickly by another. It was apparent there was a need in the marketplace. Today, we have a staff of 8 office employees and are moving into the second generation in the family to take over the operations. As we move forward we continue to operate using our core values while moving forward with technology and digital and social media marketing. We provide online access for both tenants and our owner clients.

Our overall mission is to have your property perform and be the investment you take pride in owning. Riegel Property Management Inc. desires to make your property perform at an optimum level and run with ease. We are personable and can customize our management to meet your goals for your property. We strive to increase your cash flow, have your property perform at a high level, and be the investment you take pride in owning.
